Relokato is operated by Goldmark Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Relokato ("Relokato," "we," "us," or "our").

This Pre-Launch Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit the Relokato website, join the pre-launch waitlist, or use our free informational relocation-planning tools.

This notice applies only to Relokato's pre-launch waitlist and free informational tools. It does not apply to any future paid product, account-based service, subscription platform, AI planning assistant, mobile application, community feature, or other full SaaS product that may be launched later. If those services launch, we will update or replace this notice.

Information We Collect

At this pre-launch stage, we may collect the following information:

  • your email address;
  • your destination, country, city, or relocation interest;
  • selected inputs you provide when using a free informational tool, such as destination preferences or other non-sensitive planning information;
  • the page, form, or tool through which you signed up;
  • your marketing consent or communication preferences;
  • timestamps and basic form-submission records;
  • basic technical information automatically collected by our hosting or security providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs.

Please do not submit passports, government IDs, visa application documents, immigration records, bank statements, tax records, medical information, children's information, or other sensitive personal information through the waitlist or free tools unless a future feature expressly asks for that information and explains how it will be used.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • operate and manage the Relokato pre-launch waitlist;
  • provide free informational tool results;
  • send product updates, launch announcements, and related Relokato communications where permitted;
  • understand destination interest and improve the product;
  • respond to inquiries;
  • protect the website, forms, database, and users from misuse, spam, fraud, or security issues;
  • comply with legal obligations.

Marketing Emails and Unsubscribe

If you join the waitlist or request a free tool result by email, you may receive Relokato updates from Goldmark Digital LLC. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.

For UK, EU, and similar users, consent is clear and recorded. We do not use a pre-checked marketing checkbox.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Relokato, such as website hosting providers, database providers, form providers, email service providers, security tools, and similar vendors. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, security investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Relokato, Goldmark Digital LLC, our users, or others.

Cookies and Analytics

At this pre-launch waitlist stage, we do not intentionally use non-essential analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or behavioral tracking cookies on the waitlist page.

Our website may use strictly necessary technologies required for hosting, security, form submission, spam prevention, or basic site operation. If we later add analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking technologies, we will update this notice and, where required, provide appropriate cookie notice or consent controls.

International Processing

Goldmark Digital LLC is based in the United States. If you access Relokato from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Data Retention

We retain waitlist and free-tool information for as long as needed to operate the waitlist, provide updates, improve Relokato, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You may request deletion of your waitlist information by contacting us.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. To make a request, contact us at the email address below.

Children

Relokato is intended for adults. The waitlist and free tools are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this Pre-Launch Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
