Pre-Launch Terms of Use
These Pre-Launch Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the Relokato website, pre-launch waitlist, and free informational tools. Relokato is operated by Goldmark Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Relokato ("Relokato," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the website, joining the waitlist, or using a free informational tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, waitlist, or tools.
These Terms apply only to Relokato's pre-launch waitlist and free informational tools. They do not apply to any future paid subscription, account-based product, mobile application, AI planning assistant, community feature, or full SaaS platform. If those services launch, separate or updated terms may apply.
Current Pre-Launch Services
At this stage, Relokato provides:
- a public website;
- an email waitlist;
- free informational relocation-planning tools, including visa-route exploration and cost-of-living estimates;
- general educational information about self-directed international relocation planning.
Relokato is currently pre-launch. We do not currently provide paid subscriptions, paid accounts, account login, payment processing, mobile applications, or professional services through the waitlist or free tools.
Company Operator
The Services are provided by Goldmark Digital LLC d/b/a Relokato. No company member, manager, founder, employee, contractor, agent, or service provider assumes personal liability for the Services or these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the waitlist or free tools.
Educational Information Only
Relokato provides general educational information and software-based planning tools only. Relokato does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, real estate, employment, or professional relocation advice.
Relokato does not determine eligibility for any visa, residency program, immigration pathway, tax status, permit, benefit, or financial product. Any visa-route result, cost estimate, checklist, summary, or tool output is for general informational purposes only and is not a professional recommendation or instruction to act.
Before making relocation, immigration, financial, tax, housing, employment, or legal decisions, you should consult official government sources and qualified professionals.
Visa-Route Tool
The visa-route tool is designed to help users identify visa or residency categories that may be worth researching. It does not determine whether you qualify, whether you are eligible, whether you should apply, or whether any application will be approved.
Visa and residency rules change frequently and depend on your complete circumstances, official requirements, and applicable law. Relokato does not provide UK immigration guidance through the pre-launch tools.
Cost-of-Living Calculator
The cost-of-living calculator provides approximate estimates based on selected assumptions and available information. Actual costs may vary significantly based on location, exchange rates, lifestyle, housing, family size, inflation, taxes, healthcare, schooling, transport, and other personal circumstances.
Cost estimates are not financial advice and should not be relied on as a guarantee of actual living costs.
No Guarantee of Launch or Access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any future Relokato product, account, offer, price, launch date, feature, or service. We may change, delay, suspend, or cancel any planned product or feature at any time.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- use the website, waitlist, or tools for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the website, tools, content, or software without permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the website, forms, database, hosting, or security systems;
- attempt to access non-public systems, data, or accounts;
- submit passports, government IDs, visa application files, immigration records, bank statements, tax records, medical information, children's information, or other sensitive personal information unless a future feature expressly asks for it and explains how it will be used.
Intellectual Property
Relokato's website, name, branding, content, layout, software, tools, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Goldmark Digital LLC. You may use the waitlist and free tools for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Relokato content or tools without written permission.
Third-Party Information and Links
Relokato may link to third-party websites, official government sources, data providers, or other external materials. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their accuracy, completeness, availability, policies, or practices. Third-party information may change without notice.
No Payments or Refunds at Pre-Launch Stage
Relokato is currently pre-launch. We do not currently sell paid products, process payments, offer subscriptions, or charge users through the waitlist or free informational tools. Therefore, refunds and returns do not currently apply.
If we introduce paid services later, separate payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms may apply.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, waitlist, tools, content, and results are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any implied warranties.
We do not guarantee that the website, tools, or information will be current, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldmark Digital LLC d/b/a Relokato, including its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or reliance-based damages arising from or related to your use of the website, waitlist, tools, or information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the pre-launch website, waitlist, or free tools will not exceed $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website, waitlist, or tools after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise or provides non-waivable consumer protections.
