Founder of Relokato. I became the person everyone called when they were moving abroad — so I built the guide I kept having to give them.
I’ve moved internationally more than once, and somewhere along the way I became the person my friends called when they were doing it too. Which meant I spent a lot of time answering the same questions: do you actually need a lawyer for this visa, or can you do it yourself? Which airline gives you the most bags on that route? Will a stopover save you money or cost you more? What documents do you need to even leave?
Nobody has the full list. You piece it together from forums and group chats and friends who did it two years ago and hope the rules haven’t changed.
I’ve been working in tech long enough to be skeptical of ‘I wish there was an app for this’ — but I kept waiting for someone else to build it, and they didn’t. So I did. Relokato is the list I kept wishing existed, with every piece of it linked to the official source so you can stop guessing and actually feel confident you’ve got it right.
I built it for you. Because moving abroad is already a lot — there are a hundred things pulling your attention at once, and the last thing you need is to wonder whether you missed something. Relokato won’t make the move effortless, but it’ll make sure you’re not navigating it blind.
