Refund Policy
Relokato is a software-as-a-service platform operated by Goldmark Digital LLC d/b/a Relokato. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record for all Relokato transactions. As Relokato provides no physical products, returns do not apply.
What you are buying
Relokato Move Pass — a one-time payment of $149 that gives you 12 months of full access. It is not an unlimited or lifetime purchase. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again.
Relokato Monthly — a recurring subscription at $19 per month. It renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Plan, which opens our billing provider (Paddle) to confirm the cancellation, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. For cancellation or billing questions, email hello@relokato.com.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Relokato is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to the Move Pass and to your first Monthly payment. Later Monthly renewal payments are not covered by this guarantee, except where a statutory right applies — cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
After your access period ends
When your paid access ends — at the end of the Move Pass’s 12 months, or at the end of the period you last paid for on Monthly — your account moves to the free plan. You keep permanent read-only access to the plan, notes, budget entries, and completed tasks you created. Active features stop.
Statutory rights
Consumers in certain jurisdictions have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights. These include a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, and a 7-day right to cancel for consumers in Canada. Where local consumer protection law grants you such a right, that right applies and nothing in this policy limits it. Our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory right you have.
If you are on a free trial, your statutory withdrawal period runs again from the day the trial ends.
Because Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, refunds are administered by Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy. Where Paddle’s policy or applicable law provides a higher level of protection than this policy, the higher level applies.
If a refund is issued, access to the associated paid features will end.
How to request a refund
Refund requests are handled by Paddle. Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your purchase confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and select “Request refund.”
